Delete from the app
- Open the RentaFlo app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Request account deletion.
- Add an optional reason and submit the request.
RentaFlo users can request account deletion inside the mobile app or by contacting Softotic support. This page explains the steps and what happens to account data.
If you cannot access the app, email support from the address linked to your RentaFlo account.
Email deletion requestAfter review, RentaFlo will delete or anonymize eligible account data within 30 days. If a legal, safety, fraud, or active dispute reason requires retention, only the necessary records are kept for the required period.
