Delete from the app
- Open the RentaFlo app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Request account deletion.
- Add an optional reason and submit the request.
RentaFloRequest deletion of your RentaFlo account
RentaFlo users can request account deletion inside the mobile app or by contacting Softotic support. This page explains the steps and what happens to account data.
Delete by email
If you cannot access the app, email support from the address linked to your RentaFlo account.
Email deletion requestData deleted
- Profile details such as display name, phone, city, and verification status.
- Verification request details and uploaded verification documents.
- Active car listings, draft car records, car photos, and availability records.
- Booking requests, generated invoice/agreement content, payment status records, evidence photos, and chat messages where deletion is legally and operationally possible.
- Device push tokens and support messages tied only to the deleted account.
Data kept for limited reasons
- Records needed for fraud prevention, abuse handling, chargeback/payment investigation, dispute evidence, tax/accounting, or legal compliance may be retained for the minimum period required.
- Booking, payment-status, agreement, evidence, and chat records shared with another party may be retained for up to 30 days after account deletion request completion unless a longer legal or dispute-retention period applies.
- Admin audit logs may retain non-public operational history so RentaFlo can verify deletion handling and platform safety decisions.
After review, RentaFlo will delete or anonymize eligible account data within 30 days. If a legal, safety, fraud, or active dispute reason requires retention, only the necessary records are kept for the required period.
