User safety and acceptable use
RentaFlo helps owners and renters manage car rental records, conversations, bookings, payment status, documents, and handover evidence. Payments and signed legal documents are handled outside the app by the users.
Chat and user content
Users may send listing chat messages, support messages, car details, photos, payment proof images, and handover evidence. Users are responsible for the content they upload or send.
- Harassment, hate, threats, or abusive language.
- Requests to avoid lawful requirements, identity checks, or safety records.
- Spam, scams, phishing, or misleading payment instructions.
- Sexual, violent, or illegal content.
- Sharing another person's private information without permission.
Reporting, blocking, and moderation
Listing chats can be reported for internal admin review. Users can block a listing chat to stop further messages in that conversation. RentaFlo admins may warn users, restrict a chat, suspend a user, close a reported conversation, or dismiss a report after review.
Records and deletion
Rental records, evidence, reports, and admin activity may be retained when needed for account safety, dispute review, legal compliance, or abuse prevention. Account deletion requests are handled through the RentaFlo deletion page.
